Ryan Schwartz

Ryan SchwartzRyan Schwartz is the founding director of Hummingbird INK, a communications agency that represents progressive campaigns concerned with human rights and the environment. In addition, he coordinates a national network of organizations that helps school communities protect their LGBT-inclusive safe school policies. Ryan also spent two years managing the communications work group of the National Safe Schools Roundtable while managing outreach and media relations for GroundSpark and their Respect For All Project.  He is a graduate of Stanford University and has worked for LGBT equality across the world, producing the Media Institute of Southern Africa's Community Radio Program of the Year in 2004 for a show on transgender Namibians.
