Q: Legal assistance

My ex-husband is suing me for custody of our son, age 14 citing the change in circumstance as a moral objection to my lesbian relationship. We also have 3 daughters together, however the petition is only in regards to our son. We currently have 50/50 joint of all 4 children and I am PRP. I have contacted the NCLR and Lambda Legal and have met with an LGBT attorney in Nashville. I am curious if you are aware of any financial resources to assist with legal fees in the southeast, or middle TN in particular. Thank you.

A: Response from Will Halm

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any financial resources in the TN area. I would suspect your attorney might be better informed in this regard since your question is more regional in nature. Best of luck to you.
